How we shot it.
A regional commercial real estate group needed a brand film for their flagship riverfront development. The deliverable: a 90-second hero cut for the website, plus 30/15/6 second versions optimized for LinkedIn and paid social.
We spent two days on site — sunrise aerials, midday interior walkthroughs of the lobby and tenant spaces, and a golden-hour drone sweep that became the closing shot. Cinematic music, original copy, and a single licensed voiceover talent rounded out the package.
