About the studio
Who we are and how we work.
Where are you based?
We are headquartered in Marietta, Ohio and serve the entire Mid-Ohio Valley — including Parkersburg, Vienna, Williamstown, Athens, St. Marys, and surrounding counties. Travel is free within 30 miles.
Are you FAA certified?
Yes. We hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, required for all commercial drone operations. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and Certificates of Insurance are available on request.
Do you comply with Ohio drone laws?
Yes. We operate in full compliance with FAA Part 107 and Ohio House Bill 77, including privacy protections, airspace authorizations, and restricted-zone awareness.
Do you work outside the Mid-Ohio Valley?
Yes, frequently. We travel statewide and into WV regularly. Beyond 30 miles, $0.73/mile round-trip applies. 100+ mile projects use a flat travel deposit + per diem.

Drone aerial photo & video, real estate photography, cinematic property tours, Matterport 3D tours, commercial brand films, event coverage, livestream production, and full-service social media management.
What drone do you use?
DJI Mavic 3 Pro with Hasselblad camera. 20MP photos, 5.1K video, 46-minute flight time. Professional-grade equipment for professional results.
Can you fly at night?
Yes. We are equipped for night operations with proper anti-collision lighting and the necessary FAA authorizations. Twilight real estate shoots and special projects are available on request.
Do you offer video tours for homes?
Yes — our Cinematic Walkthroughs and Drone Tours are perfect for showing property layout and flow. Voiceover narration can be added to highlight key features.
Can you manage my business social media?
Yes. We offer monthly social media packages starting at $600/month that include content creation, video reels, scheduling, and community management for Facebook and Instagram. Premium tiers add TikTok and YouTube.

How much does drone photography cost?
Aerial drone photography starts at $200. Exterior property photos are $200, interior + exterior bundles from $299.99, and full cinematography packages from $699. See our pricing page for full details.
Do you require a deposit?
A 30% deposit (minimum $100 for projects under $500) is due at booking. The balance is paid at delivery or within 7 days of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, ACH, and check via Square invoicing. We also accept Venmo and Zelle for smaller projects.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within 30 miles of Marietta is free. Beyond that, $0.73 per mile round-trip. Social media management and remote work have no travel fees regardless of location.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Same-day rush is +50%. Next-day rush is +25%. Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours.
Process
How a shoot works
From first call to final delivery.
How do I book a session?
Call (304) 543-3081, email horizonheightsproductions@gmail.com, or use our online booking widget. We will discuss your project, schedule a date, and send a confirmation with a pre-shoot checklist.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 1–2 weeks for residential and 2–3 weeks for events. Same-week bookings are often available for real estate listings.
What happens if weather cancels the shoot?
We reschedule at no cost. We monitor weather 48 hours in advance and will proactively reach out if conditions look unfavorable.
How fast do you deliver?
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from the shoot. Land packages run 72–96 hours due to extra scope. Same-day and next-day rush available.
What file formats do you deliver?
Photos: high-res JPEG plus RAW files on request. Video: MP4 (4K). Social cuts in vertical and horizontal. All MLS-ready. Files delivered via online gallery with download links.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — one round of minor revisions is included (color tweaks, title changes, music swaps, cropping, text corrections). Major re-edits or re-shoots are billed at $150/hour with a two-hour minimum.
