How we shot it.
A 19th-century riverfront estate on the Muskingum needed marketing that matched its history. We pulled together a half-day shoot: morning interior HDR, midday drone arcs across the Ohio River confluence, and twilight exteriors with the Marietta skyline as a backdrop. The listing went under contract within 72 hours of going live on MLS.
Drone elevation revealed the property's full 2.4-acre riverfront footprint — the kind of context still photography simply cannot deliver. Twilight set the front porch glow against the river haze. The cinematic walkthrough closed the deal.
